Every document is checked before you trust it

Any tool can read a document. Orderly checks what it read, so you know which numbers to trust without going back to the paper.

Sums and tax are checked. Line items are added up against the total, and tax is tested against what is arithmetically possible. A misread figure surfaces here, not later in your books.
The original sits beside the data. Check any figure with a glance instead of hunting for the file it came from.
Duplicates are caught. The same vendor, date and amount twice in one upload is marked in both places, so you do not pay it twice.

Dates are read the way your documents write them, once you set day-first or month-first. Correct any figure and the arithmetic runs again as you type.

Built for the pile, not one document at a time

Reading a single receipt is easy, and plenty of things can do it. A hundred of them is a different problem.

Not marked by the same AI that read it. Orderly reads with a model, then checks the result with arithmetic in code. A model asked to check its own totals is guessing twice.
No upload limits. Drop two hundred documents in at once and walk away. No splitting the pile into batches, no waiting between them.
Folders become sheets. One sheet per client, in the structure you already keep, with real date cells that sort properly.

The difference is whether you spend the afternoon. How it compares.

Pricing

Charged per page, so one long statement never eats a month of allowance by surprise. Prices are in US dollars; your local tax is added at checkout.
